Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer concerns and resolve to complete customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer calls relating to satellite television, programming and entertainment services, products and satellite systems/accessories
  • Assist with customer service inquiries regarding technical, billing and general information requests
  • Promote DISH Network products, hardware, accessories and services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays and any additional shifts deemed necessary
  • 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Successful completion of pre-hire assessments
