Responsibilities
- Attend to customer concerns and resolve to complete customer satisfaction
- Handle customer calls relating to satellite television, programming and entertainment services, products and satellite systems/accessories
- Assist with customer service inquiries regarding technical, billing and general information requests
- Promote DISH Network products, hardware, accessories and services
Requirements
- FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES ONLY: Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian and Vietnamese
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays and any additional shifts deemed necessary
- 6 months direct sales or call center experience
- Stable work history
- Successful completion of pre-hire assessments
