REPRESENTATIVE.

As a customer service representative you are often the first impression of DISH, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. In each of our DISH call centers, we take inbound phone calls from customers from across the country and assist them with customer service questions, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting issues. As a Customer Service Representative, it will be your job to accept payments via credit card, sell multiple entertainment products and services, accurately respond to questions and establish long-term customer relations. Our expectation is nothing less than world class customer service.

CHRISTIANSBURG, VA.

Our Customer Service Center in Christiansburg, Virginia center is located approximately 40 minutes from Roanoke, Virginia and 15 minutes from Blacksburg, Virginia (Virginia Tech) and is home to approximately 675 representatives.

From Interstate I- 81N: Take exit 118C to Parkway Drive. Stay straight on Parkway for 2 miles. Take a right onto Technology Drive and DISH is the last building on the road.

From 460: Merge onto US – 460 E and keep left to continue to Parkway Drive. Turn Right onto Technology Drive and DISH will be the last building on the road.
