As a Customer Support Representative you are often the first impression of DISH, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. In each of our DISH call centers, we take inbound phone calls from customers from across the country and assist them with technical troubleshooting and customer service issues. As a Customer Support Representative, it will be your job to provide quality technical support service through one-contact resolution to establish long-term customer relationships. Our expectation is nothing less than world class customer service.
Littleton, Colorado is home to our largest Customer Service Center, with just over 900 employees. It is also one of two call centers we own and operate in Colorado and is approximately 20 minutes south of downtown Denver.
