As a technical support representative you are often the first impression of DISH, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. In each of our DISH call centers, we take inbound phone calls from customers from across the country and assist them with technical troubleshooting and customer service issues. As a Technical Support Representative, it will be your job to provide quality technical support service through one-contact resolution to establish long-term customer relationships. Our expectation is nothing less than world class customer service.
Our Customer Service Center in Phoenix is located a short 15 miles outside of the downtown area and is home to over 350 representatives that take both English and bilingual (English-Spanish) calls.
