DISH summer internship is focused on undergraduate, Masters, and MBA candidates who will graduate between December of 2012 and June of 2013. Each intern is assigned a specific project that is relevant and impactful to our current business. At the conclusion of the summer, interns present their recommendations and findings to our executives. Summer interns are thought of as long-term investments, and those who perform well and display DISH core attributes of pride, adventure and winning are offered full-time employment.

Highlights

• 11 week paid internship in Denver, CO
• Fully furnished housing option.
• An in-depth look at our business including tours of one of our uplink centers, customer service center and a day in the life of a field technician.
• Executive brown bag lunches.
• The literal high point of our summer internship program is the 14er Hike. Colorado has 52 mountains above fourteen thousand feet, which we commonly refer to as "14ers". Each year our interns and executives, including our Chairman, conquer a different Colorado peak.
• Each intern is assigned a three member support team consisting of a carefully selected mentor, manager and executive sponsor.
• To balance our fast-paced work environment, we enjoy a wide variety of social activities including baseball games, picnics and a community service event.
