Our Customer Service and Customer Support Representatives are the primary point of contact for both new and existing DISH customers. They are dedicated to resolving customer inquiries accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction with DISH products and services. As DISH strives to enhance the customer experience, our Training team provides up-to-date training and development for all Customer Service employees. This team is responsible for educating DISH employees with a core knowledge base to deliver a best in class customer experience at all levels within the organization.
