Resource Center

Our Field Resource Coordinators are motivated professionals with the ability to multi-task at the highest levels. Located in Phoenix, AZ and Roseland, NJ; this team is responsible for the scheduling and routing of all technicians. They are the power behind our field operations and are a critical piece to ensure we provide "Best-in-Class" customer service! Coordinators have significant room for career growth and are exposed to most facets of our business utilizing analytics, superior reporting tactics and process improvement initiatives.

Training & Quality

Join the team responsible for quality assurance and best-in-class training! This department plays a vital role in both the on-boarding and continuing education across In-Home Services. DISH Trainers provide hands-on, interactive instruction to equip our Technicians with the skills they need for success. Trainers also deliver leadership training through our PASSPORT program to our Field Supervisors, Operations Managers, and Region Managers. Our Quality Assurance Specialists ensure Technicians are performing installations in accordance with our standards, and provide the necessary feedback for us to continue to exceed our customers expectations.
