Base Camp is an immersive training program developed to provide our new corporate employees with a holistic view of DISH, the different business units, and the roles they play in the customer life-cycle. In Base Camp you will have meaningful, hands-on experiences with our customer facing teams - Sales, Customer Experience and In-Home Services. Only through learning and doing can our corporate team gain a true appreciation for what our front line employees go through in their day-to-day jobs, and get a better sense for the customer experience as well. We believe this upfront investment in our employees will help you to hit the ground running and build a great foundation for a successful career with us here at DISH.
