Modernized Recruitment:

Building a Better Candidate Experience

Our Frontline recruiting team HRO Today Talent Acquisition Leaders of Distinction Award.

We’re excited to share that our Frontline Recruiting Team has won the prestigious 2024 Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Today Talent Acquisition Leaders of Distinction Award! This recognition highlights the incredible dedication and forward-thinking strategies our team brings to the recruiting industry. By transforming the way we hire, we’ve not only streamlined our processes but also made a real impact on our business. This award reflects the passion that drives our team and our exceptional candidate experience.

We’ve enhanced our hiring process, creating a smoother, faster process for both candidates and our team. By introducing new forecasting tools and creating a SWAT team to fix bottlenecks, we’ve made workforce planning more accurate and solved challenges quickly. We also revamped our onboarding and training to get people hired and settled in faster. This led to reduced response times, quicker onboarding, and a twofold increase in the number of applicants hired.

Nicole DeLue, Head of Talent Acquisition Field Recruiting, shares her perspective on the HRO today award.

By automating outdated processes and implementing new systems, we’ve elevated recruiting to new heights. Our team’s work reshaped high-volume recruitment—we hired more than 1,000 employees through smarter, faster and more effective processes. This award is a celebration of what we’ve accomplished, and a recognition of the bright future ahead. We’re proud to be recognized among the best, and we can’t wait to continue making the recruitment process more seamless for every candidate.
