Frequently Asked Questions

Culture

DISH is a dynamic industry leader that’s changing the way the world communicates. First we redefined how people watch TV–twice, with DISH and again with Sling TV. Then we did it all over again with the wireless industry with Boost Mobile. Now we’re creating the nation’s first-of-its-kind cloud-native 5G network. Learn more about Our Story.

Here at DISH we strive to embody a culture that is diverse, inclusive and vibrant. We value Curiosity, Pride, Adventure and Winning, and we hire for Energy, Intelligence and the Need to Achieve. For more about our culture and life at DISH, visit our culture page.

Our employee resource groups provide a space where fellow DISH team members can come together and connect in meaningful ways. DISH has eight employee resource groups including African American Network, DISH Women’s Network, Out at DISH, Adelante Hispanic and Latinx Network, Veterans Resource Group, Empowered Parents Network, DISH Disability Advocates Network (DDAN) and Honoring Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (HAAPI). For more information, visit our diversity & inclusion page.

At DISH we believe we are better together. Working onsite means the opportunity to partner and collaborate closely with your own team and across lines of business. It also means countless micro-interactions with your fellow team members and all of the intangibles that come with that.

Growth and Development

With our native 5G rollout nearing completion, DISH has been experiencing almost unprecedented growth. Now more than ever, opportunity is here.

At DISH, we believe it is our duty not only to attract top talent, but to grow those talented individuals into leaders. Our LEAD team provides leadership training for team members through collaborative coursework. Meanwhile our Pathfinder program enables team members to explore different roles within the DISH organization. All full-time, salaried team members also have free access to LinkedIn Learning to grow their skills through online courses.
