Culture

DISH is a dynamic industry leader that’s changing the way the world communicates. First, we redefined how people watch TV–twice, with DISH and again with Sling TV. Then we did it all over again with the wireless industry with Boost Mobile. Now we’re creating the nation’s first-of-its-kind cloud-native 5G network. Learn more about Our Story.

Here at DISH we strive to embody a culture that is diverse, inclusive and vibrant. We value Curiosity, Pride, Adventure and Winning, and we hire for Energy, Intelligence and the Need to Achieve. For more about our culture and life at DISH, visit our culture page.

Our employee resource groups provide a space where fellow DISH team members can come together and connect in meaningful ways.
