Pay Transparency

DISH is committed to providing equitable compensation and transparency to support our efforts to attract and retain talent. In line with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, we include pay ranges in all job openings both in Colorado and around the nation. 

 

Our approach considers multiple factors, including the market value compensation or range of a position combined with applicable skills, capabilities necessary to perform the role and alignment with our company values. Through reviewing these various factors, we offer a fair compensation package to our team members.

ADELANTE con DISH

The vision of Adelante con DISH is to be the conduit for the advancement of our members in the workplace while sharing and celebrating the Hispanic/Latinx culture. Our mission is to help all DISH team members realize their full potential, reach beyond their assignments and be assets in their communities. 

 

 

African American Network

The African American Network’s mission is to foster the retention, engagement and promotion of Black and African American team members at DISH. We are committed to increasing cultural awareness, creating a forum to discuss relevant topics, providing outreach for community involvement and facilitating professional development and training opportunities for our members.

DISH Disability Advocates Network

The DISH Disability Advocates Network helps to encourage an atmosphere of understanding, respect and support for team members who personally live with illness, pain or disability, or who are caregivers themselves. We aim to positively impact our members’ families, our customers, our company and our communities.

 

Women’s Impact Network

The goal of Womin's Impact Network is to empower women to become leaders and create an inclusive work environment. We are committed to supporting the growth and success of our members through training, networking, mentorship and advocating for organizational change on behalf of women and underrepresented groups.

 

 

 

Empowered Parents Network

The Empowered Parents Network is committed to offering our community easy access to educational opportunities and resources for parents and caregivers of all types. Our intent is to better enable team members to build their careers and families in sync with one another.

 

 

 

 

Honoring Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders

Honoring Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders cultivates a community to honor and celebrate AAPI culture, traditions and people. We acknowledge the diverse regions, languages and ethnicities of Asia and the Pacific Islands, spread awareness on the adversities faced by the community and create a safe space to share our experiences and stand in solidarity with one another.

Out at DISH

Out at DISH is a community of acceptance and support for LGBTQ+ team members. We aim to create a work environment that fosters, respects and enables team members to be their authentic selves. We promote a culture of acceptance through educational and networking events highlighting the history, struggles and opportunities of the LGBTQ+ community.

Veterans Resource Group

The Veterans Resource Group is a place for former active duty, current guard and reservist members to connect. We are centered around professional development, community and networking to help our members succeed, build on their strengths and be assets in their communities.

Keeping Ourselves Accountable

Adelante con DISH on behalf of DISH has been awarded two prestigious Five-Star Excellence Awards in Employment and Governance from the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), demonstrating our continued commitment to Hispanic Inclusion in Corporate America.

DISH scored a 70 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Equality Index in 2023, having risen to the challenge of increasingly stringent guidelines. We are proud to be a company that continues to center equity and inclusion in the workplace.
